Having emails entering your spam folder can be annoying. KE-chain now allows for sharing a PDF or sharing a task with you and those emails from your coworkers might be missed due to the fact they are not entering your inbox.

Fortunately, there is an easy way to fix this. The email will never be sent from the user that generated it, but it will be generated by KE-chain itself. The most important action you can take is to make sure you add servicedesk@ke-chain.com to your contacts list. This will ensure the emails will be validated by your email service as coming from a known source and it will be more likely that they enter your inbox.
